Refund & Return Policy

At Nature Hub, we value your trust and satisfaction. We take great care to ensure our skincare, haircare, body care, and foot care products reach you in perfect condition.
Since our products are personal and hygiene-based, we maintain strict policies to ensure safety and product integrity.


1. Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our cosmetic and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
We only accept returns if the product is:

  • Damaged,

  • Defective, or

  • Incorrect (wrong product or quantity) upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at sukhendupaul740@gmail.com  with your order ID, product photos, and a short description of the issue.


2. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • It will be credited back to your original payment method.

If the refund is delayed beyond 10 days, please contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.


3. Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items not purchased directly from our website.

  • Products on sale, discount, or promotional offers


4. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t been shipped yet.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

  • To cancel an order, please email us immediately at sukhendupaul740@gmail.com with your order ID.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Email us at sukhendupaul740@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  3. Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
