All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays).

During festive seasons, sales, or high-demand periods, processing times may extend slightly — but don’t worry, we’ll keep you updated via email or SMS.
2. Shipping Timeline
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

A small shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply to orders below ₹499 (as displayed during checkout).

COD (Cash on Delivery) may include an additional handling fee depending on your location and courier partner.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and courier details.
You can track your order directly on the courier’s website or through the Order Tracking section on our Website.
5. Delayed Deliveries
We always aim to deliver on time — but sometimes, delays happen due to:

In such cases, we’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly. Your patience is highly appreciated!
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
Nature Hub will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses or contact information.
If your package is returned to us because of a wrong address, re-shipping charges will apply.
7. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or tampered with:

We’ll verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.
8. International Shipping
Currently, Nature Hub ships only within India.
